Atco admiral 16 – the blade and housing has just collapsed?

Atco admiral 16 – the blade and housing has just collapsed – now the blade hight adjuster turns left and right without response. Is it the securing bolts that have come out. Where can I see a diagram of the structure?

Many thanks - Yes I did that in 5 seconds but does not show me what I want - I have emailed ATCO who have now given me the answer that is not shown on the diagram.
