Which model: Toledo 110 Dual Fuel, 110 Ceramic, 110 Gas, 110 Induction, 90 Dual Fuel, 90 Ceramic, 90 Gas or 90 Induction?
No matter: all the above seem to have one programmable fan oven.
Just to be sure: is the hob working properly? element, if electric or the electric spark ignitors if its a gas hob? Is the oven lamp OK?
If so, we assume power is good to the stove.
Do you routinely use the non-fan oven? If not, it may be the element for this had failed some while back and you didn't notice till now when you tried to cover for the first oven failing. It's been known.
A failed timer may have knocked out the fan oven and it is possible the conventional oven element had failed anyway, leaving you to find out when you needed it.
If so, the timer should be easy enough to replace. Make sure the power is off (pull the cooker fuse or trip the cooker breaker, in the fusebox). Make notes on paper (don't trust memory) of which wires go to what terminals.
If I have assumed wrong, it may be more complicated to sort out.
