How do I remove the front facia panel from a Miele wt 2780?

I think you may be confused - some Miele Tumble dryer machines have Sensor Brushes that bear against the rotating drum - here's a link to a fellow doing just that...

Motor brushes are a different matter - washing machine motors are fitted low down at the rear - you'll need to take the back of the machine off to access the motor.
