Mend Renault Clio I-music Battery Problem

The lights won't turn off on my Clio I-music ?

The car lights won't turn off on my Clio I music even when the option is at 0 and the keys are removed. I've tried taking out the battery for an hour and puttin it back in but they still won't go off. Has anyone else experienced this problem. If so how can I fix it
