How can I Fix my belt/motor?

I have a ProForm TL Personal Trainer Electronics treadmill. Model #PFTL43063, Serial #H03144359. Without asking it to, the belt starting going as fast as it could go - I estimate 20+ mph all by itself. I could smell the motor getting hot and I immediately pulled the red cord and unplugged it. How can I fix this?
