How to set clock on Ariston double oven so it doesn't keep disappearing?

Have just got a new Ariston double oven and have followed the instructions on how to set the clock but it keeps disappearing after a few minutes. Every time I reset it I can see the time but it still keeps disappearing. Can you help?
