How to fix my portable polaroid dvd player that a spring popped out of?

My polaroid dvd player stopped playing my dvd's I went to open it and a spring came out. It will play throughout the previews but then stops when it comes to play the movie and wont let me fwd to menu to play movie.But I put cds in and it will play all my cds all the way through with no problem.
