Mend Start Stuck Engine

his tight spot?

Y dose my quad kick start get stuck. Engine will turn over but has a tight spot

That tight spot is known as compression!
If the kick start gets stuck fast, then that is a different matter. Damaged piston/bores, seized bearings, broken kick start teeth etc, etc.
If the kick start is just staying in the down position after starting the return spring is broken.
