Sime ecomfort plus 30 he ignition fault?

Can any other gas engineer help this gas engineer,. I have moved some pipes today on a heating system today, refilled and switched the boiler on. The boiler fired up and went to low flame and then to high flame, but cut out almost straight away 5 attempts later it went into lock out. I have check the usual stats. But I am still at a lose.

Can anyone help.
