Mend Ideal Logic 30 Boiler Low Pressure Weeks

ideal logic 30?

the boiler has been showing low water pressure for about 4 weeks, we have been refilling it engineer cant find a fault, thinks we have a leak cant find a leak obvious anywhere. today we have no hot water. heating still seems ok fingers crossed. the boiler says it is supplying high efficiency hot water, but it stays cold. any ideas??
