Mend Hygena APL 3391 Oven Moved Turn

Oven timer Hygena?

I have Hygena oven (APL 3391). I recently moved in, so I don't know the history of this oven, but I can't seem to figure out how to turn the timer off. A bell goes off if I rotate the timer to "0", but the timer keeps ticking away. Any advice? Many thanks.
