Mend Indesit WD12 Washing Machine Warm Wash Water

No warm wash Indesit WD12?

The machine won't take in warm water. It doesn't heat water either. It only gets used once or twice a week at the 40 degree setting and now even thats too much. Apart from uncoupling the warm-water feed and inspecting the inlet filter (which appears clear and undamaged) I haven't touched a thing. Please help

hi even if its only taking in cold water it should heat its own water remove the back and you can see the element take it off and replace it
