Mend Schott Ceran Heat Turn Stays

How to stop intermittent heat?

Have a schott Ceran hob. When I turn on the hob the heat stays for about 5 seconds and then turns off. So I get intermittent heating all the time very frustrating. Can anyone help with the solution? I'm sure it's a setting or something
