Water diverter for power shower?

I am trying to locate a chrome plated full bore - 15mm 3 way tee 1/2inch BSP - 2 male, 1 female with handle to switch from Aquiliser shower to rainfall shower. Can anyone advise where I can buy one please? Many thanks

You'll need 2 x female/male adapters but this is the best one can find.
