zanussi aquacycle 1000 zt 1012?

On any of the programs the washer performs beautifully but does not dispense any conditioner on any program.
has this product got a dual solenoid inlet valve or a single one?

ZT 1012 914880116, Cold water valve solenoid.
PROBLEM: Final rinse syphon system not using softener. It remains still in the drawer.
1. If it is a single valve AND THE WASHING MACHINE IS WORKING It can't be the valve, RIGHT? 2.If it is a DUAL FEED VALVE could this then be the problem ie.(one of the solenoids is not working)therefore not delivering enough water for the syphon. Thanks in anticipation

what does it do when selected 30min quick wash?
does it lock door,fill,wash or nothing at all??
