How can I fix our Bosch Classixx, KGU30604 firdge freezer?

Bosch Classixx, KGU30604GB/01 is rumbling/buzzing and there is a red light on continually. I cannot find a manual online, via the Bosch site so not sure what this means. The fridge is approx. 10 years old but this is a guess as my partner can't remember when he bought it!
