Problem with exit only on Scantronic 9651 when set?

Hi I have a Scantroni 9651 alarm system, the problems I have is that when setting the system, both the internal (keypad) sounder and the bell are heard while the alarms sets itself, in line with program 44 I have set it to 10 seconds and the zone is configured as FE. By contrast on entrance works perfectly, with the keypad only heard for the duration set in 201 option 1. What idea might you have about the exit issue? (which does go off and sets!)
