Mend Miele W460 Washing Machine Drainage

Drainage issue with miele softronic w460 ?

The washing machine is not releasing water from the rear outlet pipe which I hv checked is clear.
All the water is being released from the filter area at the front of the machine near the bottom. Which I have checked is also clear no coins or socks !!
