I reakon Julie is correct, your outlet pump is jammed with stray hair clips and coins. Try her suggested method for cleaning. Failing that, remove and pick the debris out the pump, the pump should be situated under the drum.

I have a Miele Washing machine and this has happened to me on occassions. On the bottom left hand side of your machine there is an entry area which allows you to remove anything which may cause the blockage. On my Meile machine in the pull out drawer (where you put the washing powder) there is a small tool which will assist with opening the small door. Once the door is opened unscrew the lid but ensure you have towels and a small container ready to catch the water from your machine then after that is cleared you can put your hand in to clear any material which is causing the blockage. Screw the lid back in and close the small door and you should be ready to go.
