How can I replace the lead on my steam generator Bosch ?

I have a 3 yr old Bosch steam generator top of the range. The steam cord is so badly worn that the cover is very badly frayed and worn away and I now have exposed black wires. If some can answer my question via e mail I have pictures I can send you back. My e mail and my name is
