My machine does everything as normal but the pump wont work I have an identical machine that did the same thing thinking it was the pump being blocked I found nothing in the pump so what else do I look for.
Is it set on normal spin and not on drip dry on the panel? Next step you need a test meter set on ohms and check the pump is not open circuit. Next you have to put meter on voltsge test and see if the power is getting supplied to the pump. If you haven't got a meter or can't do this then call out a repair company.
