Mend Performance Power PBS850 Stopped Switch

Perrormance Power belt Sander PBS850?

Have the above belt sander which suddenly stopped working . Tried to open up as I think it is a switch or wire problem and after removing endless no of screws still cannot prise apart. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance
