Mend ELU 173 Fuse Fault Motor

Fault on elu 173 saw?

I have a e l u 173 flip over saw it keeps blowing fuses I can't seem to find a fault I have disconnected motor,capacitor, the bridge rectifier is ok solinoid seem s ok but every time I press on switch it blows fuse . Anybody got any ideas
