how do i fix my Candy goc580c-80?

My Candy goc580c-80 tumble dryer stopped getting hot ,so i replaced the heater element unfortunatley this did not make it work.
After reading far too many online guides i think i have narrowed it down to the thermal limiter,but can not seem to locate it .

Could you please tell me where this part is on my dryer so i can test it before spending even more money.
