HI THANKS FOR THE MANS HELP DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH A DIVERTER VALVE/FLOW SWITCH FOR A BAXI BOILERS COULD BE THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP I HAVE 3 YOUNG KIDS IN THE HOUSE AND ITS A NIGHTMARE HAVING NO WATER X
