Mend KitchenAid Second Spin Switch

Kitchenaid Mixer only runs for a split second?

My mixer will spin one partial spin if I slam the switch onto speed 5. Otherwise it does not move. I have replaced the phase board, control plate and brushes and that did nothing. I see the control plate spark when I slam the switch on so i know it is getting power initially, but it does not seem to stay on.
