I have logic combi 30 boiler water keeps going cold but heating is fine

It may well be a function of the temperature of the water going in and the rate of flow demanded by the tap.

If the water is not heated for long enough then it will not be hot enough.

Clearly the boiler is working fine because your c/h is good.

I have no expertise in these things...
