How can i get the chip replaced in key?

It may just be the key needs reporgramming. Unfortunately you seem to think we are clairvoyant and somehow know what make/model car it is without you actually telling us

You could try to help yourself; do a Google search for MAKE MODEL key programming and see what you get back (Obviously replacing MAKE MODEL with what you actually have).
