Beko CA7015FF Freezer top shelf not working how do i fix it?

My Beko CA7015FF freezer the fan was making loud noise i noticed a build up of ice when i removed one of the baskets so removed the ice which came off really easy, but now the top shelf of the freezer not freezing ice cubes? Rest of freezer is OK
