Mend Boiler Heating Error

My boiler is coming up with d5 what does this mean?

My heating isn't working and the boiler is flashing up with d5 the boiler is only a year old

Also - at only a year old there's a good chance the owner's manual is still in the property - I'm sure the fault guide will explain d5 for you.
