Mend Baxi 28cdi Heating Diaphragm

hot water shutting down on 28cdi?

Hot water slow to run hot and cuts off after noisy gurgling sound and a bang
I bypassed micro switch and held it in while running hot tap but same result so diaphragm not the issue I guess
This is a non-pressurised heating system due to age and heating works fine
