print out becomes dark ?

any time i print out the paper becomes dark and when i check the drum the yellow toner is around it.
please can you help me to resolve the problem

If its a colour copier/printer the yellow drum may need changing but the software would have a test/calibration to confirm or maybe a charging unit needs replacing/recharging. Really depends what the unit is?
