Mend Mira 2.3657.16 Problem Shower

How do I fix a problem with a Mira shower display?

The display on my Mira wireless shower was showing that the batteries were low, I have replaced them using 3, pack fresh, leading brand batteries. The battery symbol has disappeared from the display but the display is very feint with bits of the image missing.
Can any body advise me please?
