Mend Mira BIR Fitted Problem Set

how can i get a new miras discovery (BIR)to adjust temp?

I have fitted a new miras discovery shower but I am having a problem trying to get adjustment after I set the hot i have followed the commisioning and fault finding that mira suggest in the manual but to no avail.
