Mend Xerox XRX-24S Working Years Motor Running

My Xerox XRX-24S is not working?

This shredder has not been used in years. I tried to use it recently and it would not accept paper. The motor is running but it does not accept or shred paper. I need some direction in troubleshooting the problem and possibly repaired
