hi toptrish,
thanks for the reply. the shower is working but only feeds cold water through. i think it could be the thermostat board that has gone, I had an electrician in and he soldered the board which allowed it to work for a little bit all be it intermittently. please can you advise where i could purchase a replacement

It can be repaired and parts are available but the question is whats wrong, there are several reasons why it's faulty and the only way is to test the relevant bits to determine the fault
