Mend Triton Opal 2 Leaking Shower

Leaking from outlet pipe?

Seems to be pouring from base of shower unit when shower is in use,only dripping when shower is not in use.its a triton opal 2.could be 5 yrs old.

Find the manual. Look for overflow / pressure relief valve.
