If you're lucky...possible just a fault in the frame circuit which are usually not difficult for an engineer to correct. Also, most components in the frame circuit are very cheap.

However, if water has caused it then you need to get it attended to asap. so it can be dried quickly and checked thoroughly.

As the damage 'may' be more extensive, you should request an estimate.
