Mend Sound 20 Minutes

Beeping sound every 20 to 30 minutes?

The wall mounted key pad is making beeping sound every 20 to 30 minutes and when the battery check is done by *64# it gives a yellow light on Service lamp.
Could I have the contact phone number to call the support staff to get a service done.
