Mend Bell and Howell 256 Reel

Bell and Howell 256 reel arm?

Ok...I just found a Bell and Howell 256. The front reel arm is off and there are 3 or 4 washers, a gear and a clip that need to be assembled in the reel arm. Does anybody know how these are assembled. I can figure out the gear but not the washers.
