Mend Westwood W11 Ride Mower

Westwood w11 ride on mower?

Hello
I got Westwood ride on mower that my freind pass away and give to me.
That engine is run no problem but one big thing problem is gear lever won't shift at all?

There won't move to "R" and 1 to 5 as well as there r stuck at "N"

Any idea why?
Help will be great
