Mend Baumatic 287SS Door Stay Closed

Door wont stay closed?

My oven door wont stay closed. I have just replaced the rubber seal, hoping that was the solution but no, it isnt. How easy is it to replace hinges or a spring on the door ? We have a Baumatic 287SS. Thank yu.
