my upvc door wont stay closed?

my door wont stay closed unless i pull the handle up.....any idea why ...... pls help

hi there easy your door latch is loose or the door is to far away from the latch for it to operate. easy fix just needs someone to adjust door. slowly close the door till the latch is in line with the keeper it should be striking
