Cut and paste not working?

i cannot seem to cut or copy and paste anything on my Zoostorm notebook

In what circonstances does it don't work? Always (operating system isue) or only in a given application or situation (application isue)?
How do you proceede to cut and paste? From some menu or by using the keyboard shortcuts? You should use CTRL+X to cut, CTRL+C to copy and CTRL+V to paste.
In my experience, you need to use the LEFT CTRL key, not the right one.
