how can I fix washing machine ?

These people seem to know what they're talking about but neither of them mention the way that the machine knows if there's enough water in it. Surely there will be a water pressure switch of some sort to tell the electronics there's enough water and to move on to the next stage.

Might this sensor be defective?

But then again - I know nothing - I just imagine that I'm a washing machine - which is probably not a sensible thing to do.

This is a main module fault. You need to change the main module in the back of the machine. We stock it at £56.28 + £6 postage (exchange). This is ready programmed for your model number. Have you checked that both taps (hot & cold) are fully open? Take the hoses off the back of the machine & point them in to a sink or bucket and then slowly turn taps on and confirm that water is coming from the tap. If it is then you may have a faulty inlet valve. You will need to get someone with the proper test meter who can check & replace the valve if it is faulty.
