how to fix?

Hi i recently changed car battery on my renault laguna 03 1.9dci dynamic! The sat nav will not read the disc and message comes up installation fail (in french) on the screen.
The radio and cd unit work fine as does everything else.! But i cannot set clock as u need access to the navigation to do so thru its menus.
Is there an easy fix.?
