Mend Roto Lock Doors Stuck

How can I fix my door lock (Make=Roto) that sticks?

When turning my key, to lock or unlock, it stops dead in certain posiitions, after turning the key backwards and forwards several times it will work. Would a new barrel solve the problem or does it need a complete lock.

Have you tried lubricating the lock with graphite powder?
If that doesn't work a new barrel should solve the problem.
