Mend Lock Locked Position

The 4 point lock for my patio doors is stuck?

The 4 point lock for my patio doors is permamently in the locked position. The key turns and clicks, but has no effect. The lever can move up and down freely (and cannot now be locked) but the sliding door cannot be opened, whatever the position.
I can't open the door to adjust / repair.
What can I do??

your gona need a locksmith mate sounds like your lock has failed,have you tried lifting door as you try to open as it may need adjusting once opened,hope this helps
