my 110bhp 406 only revs up to 2200 and no more?

You don`t say if you have any management lights on but you could check your intake system,ie hoses/pipes/intercooler for any spilts/leaks,also remove the inlet hose from your turbo and check for any play/wear in the impeller. A code reader would be worth a go also for a look at any faults stored. One thing I am hearing a lot of at the moment is the location people fill their motors up,ie is it cheap supermarket fuel they are using,an RAC guy was in at my work last week and said he was getting loads of problems with the above with filters blocking up and fuel freezing,just some stuff to think about,good luck.
