How do I install a thermostat for Rangemaster 110 Electric Range Cooker?

I have had a Rangemaster Toledo 110 for about 5 years. It now won't heat the fan oven although the fan is still working. I have replaced the element and still have the same problem I have now ordered a new thermostat. Does anyone know how to install one ? I haven't got a clue. Any help appreciated.
